The ultimate king of summer cocktails, or at least the playful prince, this simple, refreshing Italian cocktail rules our afternoons. This delightful Aperitivo drink consists of prosecco, Aperol and soda water or club soda. No cocktail shaker is needed here, making this one as easy to make as it is to drink and our go to quick and simple summer drink.

Ingredients

3 ounces prosecco

2 ounces Aperol

1 ounce club soda or soda water

Slice of fresh orange

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass with ice

2. Add the Aperol, Prosecco and club soda or soda water

3. Add the orange slice

4. Make 3 more of these

You can make it less bitter by using less Aperol, and lighter by adjusting the amount of soda water added. Enjoy!
